Many people often feel intimated exercising in a busy gym environment so I operate out of a fully equipped private gym located in Sowton, Exeter.
It contains strength training equipment, functional training kit and has a variety of cardio machines which pretty much caters for all forms of training. The gym only allows a smaller number of trainers to use the gym at any given time so is never busy and has toilets, changing rooms and showers to use during and after your session.
