Most of my training focuses on building strength and improving mobility, the methods I use are tried and tested and achive results in both the short and longer term.

Many people often feel intimated exercising in a busy gym environment with things like hygiene, limited access to equipment, privacy and the feeling of always being watched creating a sense of anxiety.

I operate out of a fully equipped private fitness facility located in Sowton, Exeter.
